Teacher profession not only has the serving value, but also has the interior life value. Paying attention to teacher life not only is the logic extent of teacher research, but also is the interior need of educational practice reformation. However, the occidental educational researchers study teacher more by positive method in the long period of time, and there are some domestic researchers begin to care for teacher life, but not coming down to or not discussing entirely the impaction of educational activity modes to the teacher life, the relation between the teacher life and the student life, the individual teacher life and the teachers lives. This dissertation probes into the veiling phenomena of educational activity modes to the teacher life on the basis of "new basic education" and reflection to the exterior and interior teacher researches, and proposes some suggestions to the teacher life development. This dissertation can be divided into five parts:The western teacher researches from the middle 20th are simply reviewed mainly in the Chapter One. From teacher behavior research to teacher cognition process research, teacher practical knowledge research and teacher ecological culture research, The complexion and the tacit is more and more cared for in the western teacher research, but the teacher development and professional value isn't reviewed from the life perspective, and the methodology more belongs to positive research, lacking to paying attention to the initiation of teacher development, and lacking of transferring and developing teacher in the research.The interior teacher researches from the 1990s' are reviewed mainly in the Chapter Two. Teacher behavior research, teacher personality research, teacher role research and teacher quality research are embraced. Some researches are affected by western teacher research methodology, and many articles are speculative or description researches. To be worthy mentioning especially, the teacher professional life has been emphasized by some interior scholars. It makes up some disadvantages of western teacher researches, but not coming down to or not discussing entirely the impaction of educational activity modes to the teacher life, the relation between the teacher and the students, and the relation between the teacher and the teacher to the teacher life. This dissertation puts forwards more comprehensions to teacher life on the basis of interior teacher research: teacher life is realized in the educational activities; there are stimulative relations betweens teacher life and students lives, individual teacher life and other teacher lives; self-development consciousness and need is the importantmotion of teacher life development; the common research and study between the teachers plays a important role in the individual life development; "the creative wisdom" is the central embodiment of teacher life development.The last three chapters from three aspects (teacher with himself, teacher and students, teacher and teacher) explore the process of teacher life development in the educational reformation according to the comprehension for teacher life put forward in Chapter Two and the experiences that I myself attend to "new basic education":The different impacts for teacher life development which are caused by different relations between teacher and himself, namely the process from oppression and numbness to the role consciousness reconstruction and the arousing process of teacher self-consciousness are discussed in Chapter Three: neglecting teacher's ability of thinking and judging independent in the teaching activities leads to depending on teaching reference book and teaching models and not able to use his own subjectivity, and creative wisdom, and falling into the instruments of others. This has something to do with the work divided in the history between educational theory staffs and educational practical staffs and not regarding the teachers as researchers on one side, and on the other side with the numbness and sleepiness of teachers' self-consciousness in the occupatio...
