Life education is an educational course in which educators pay close attention to students' life state,enrich their life experiences,exploit their life potencial, promote their life growth and heighten their life quality. It is operated in all kinds of eduacational lessons and practical activities where students are taught and encouraged to understand thoroughly the meaning of conquering the world and controlling their own lives Thus, they obtain the awareness of valuing life,seeking after success and enjoying life. The new senior history course enjoys the same belief as life education because it promotes respecting sutdents and their personalities,which embodies humanism and student-subject in teaching.To implement life education, educators are supposed to employ some essential means and stratigies. That is, they should hoist a firm belief in life education, to develop a harmonious class atmosphere, to build an equal and democratic relation between teachers and students, exploit the educational resourses inside and outside class and adopt situational and exploring approaches.History class is where history teaching and life education are efficiently combined . Besides, life education ought to be extended by other means and into other fields . Only in this way, can it be given to full play.
