| Because some problems, such as, population, resources, and environment, e.t are standing out and geography has the advantage of solving the problems, people begin to pay attention to the value of the basic geography education again, need advanced geography education eagerly to improve their quality about geography to face the challenge of the problems and difficulties.Based on new courses reform and new principles of education and connecting the present situations of quality of geography teachers in Senior School with the demands of Senior School students, this article analyzes the background, reasons and content of new courses and discusses the necessity of cultivating necessary geographical accomplishment. The article points out that the purpose of improving the geographical accomplishment of students can be achieved by infiltrating geographical accomplishment and training the habit of thinking about geography in geography teaching with the background of new courses , applying the data about geography to improve geographical accomplishment and developing students'geographical accomplishment in the course of revision and in the end combining the development of GIS and the cultivation of map accomplishment. |
