China's new round basic education course reform is further deepened. The implementation of the course lies in teachers. Higher normal university is the engine to bring up teachers in basic education. And the educational courses are for the training of qualified teachers of basic education, the quality of which is directly related to the quality of future teachers. Educational courses should be adapted to the current basic education course reform and its new requirements on the quality of the teaching profession.I looked through the literature and research and found that China's current higher normal education's concern about basic education course reform is far from enough, and that high educational courses can not meet the needs of the new course reform. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and analyze the current situation of high teacher education courses, and learn from the successful foreign experience and put forward the educational course reform suggestions.Based on this, the article mainly takes the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and comparison ,and from the requirements of the basic education course reform on teachers, it analyses the current situation of China's high educational course problems, explores its causes, through the basic concepts and requirements of the new course and from the three aspects of the educational setting, implementation and evaluation, and explores the educational reform measures, making an attempt to enhance the effectiveness of the educational course in China's higher normal education , and to improves the normal university students' profession quality .The article consists of five sections.Chapter I: Preface. Introduce the causes, significance, the current situation and the research methods of the topic.Chapter II: Introduce the challenges of the new round course reform of the basic education. At the basis of interpretation on the new course reform, this paper reflects the new course reform with its current characteristics puts forward new requirements for teachers, the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in China cannot meet the needs of the new course reform effectively and that normal college students do not have enough awareness of the new course reform.Chapter III: Present China's current high educational course analysis. First, from three aspects of the course setting, implementation and evaluation, the paper focuses on current educational questions that exist in current normal course. Then, the author, through the combination of personal interviews with a literature research, explores its causes.Chapter IV: Present the essential conditions for reform of China's high normal educational course. Primarily, it refers to demonstrating normal characteristics of the high teacher education course and clearly presenting the professional nature of educational courses.Chapter V: Present the strategies of higher normal education course reform under the new background of the new course reform. Separately, the paper explores measures from three aspects: the educational course setting, implementation and evaluation, to achieve the integration of various factors. In the aspect of the settings, the paper puts forwards to enrich course category, increase the proportion of school curriculum, set up the dynamic and open course structure, vary course forms, integrate educational course content, and strengthen the content application and time. In terms of implementation, the paper is mainly related to the establishment of educational administration, guiding teachers to pay attention to the importance of the new course reform, and changing the teachers teaching behavior. In the evaluation, the following reform strategies should be reflected: the content of the evaluation should reflect the integration, evaluation methods should reflect the diversification, evaluation body should reflect its wide range. What's more, in terms of the issue of the teachers' abusing the right to evaluate in educational curriculum, the paper puts forward to improving teachers' awareness of teaching by obeying the law.
