Social spoken language is a kind of language activity for the speaker to transmitting information, alternating thought and affection whit speech sound face to face for specific purpose in specific environment. And the ability of social spoken language is the combination of the various abilities such as that good spoken language expresses ability, quick thought ability, fast language combination ability and the appropriate manner ability of style of conversation.People want in society in survival and coordination, it must be social. It is can be considered that the social ability of spoken language is the essential ability for modern citizen, is most important for the survival of person and development, as well as the development of country and nation.Since the Ministry of Education establishes and promulgates《The Chinese standard course of the compulsory education (experimental draft)》,"the teaching hear and talk"has been replaced by"the teaching of social spoken language".It make definite stipulation in the aspect of the training of the ability of social spoken language. It not only pointed out the important position of the teaching of social spoken language, and also emphasized that the teaching of social spoken language is must be combined with daily life closely, and embodied the transfer tropism of the value of teaching social spoken language. At the beginning of 2006, the author of this article conversed with more than 30 teachers of eight primary schools in Jinan, discovered that there were many problems in the teaching of social spoken language in the Chinese of primary school still. This article utilizing various theories and studying results of pedagogy, psychological linguistics and teaching theory analyses. The problems accompanying with the teaching of social spoken language in the Chinese of primary school from every aspect such as learning environment, learning psychology, the design of teaching material, teaching method and teaching appraisement.1. The problem of studying environmental——school, family and society are hard to form the learning environment that is harmony and coordinate. 2. The problem of studying psychology——the psychological obstacle of student has affected the spoken language society being went on wheels. 3. The problem of the design of teaching material——lacks the atmosphere for the social spoken language, training is separated from living. 4. The problem of teaching method——the teaching aim is not very clear, educating for the ability to reason correctly is neglected. 5. The problem of teaching appraisement——a systematic, scientific, effective appraisal mechanism has not been established.This article has put forward following countermeasures around above the problems: 1. To develop and use the learning resource of family and society efficiently. 2. To construct the harmonious, democratic, exchanging talk atmosphere. 3. To found the social atmosphere that has actual life the feelings without boundary of lesson. 4. To establish different degree objects in training of the spoken language society. 5. To found effective appraisal mechanism which is systemic and scientific. In a word, this article expects through analyzing problems in the teaching of social spoken language in the Chinese of primary school, to put forward countermeasures, raises the ability of social spoken language of student and promote the research and exploration in the teaching of social spoken language.
