Objective: Through the investigation of the influence of varied account of exercise acting on the target combine of RGD-PLAL-DHAQ nanodrug delivery systerm and integrinανβ3 which expressed in the neogenesis vascellum of lung cancer tissues,We study the contribution of exercise on target combine of nanodrug delivery systerm and the inhibition on tumour development.Method:Injecting C57BL/6J mice with RGD-PLAL-DHAQ nanodrug delivery systerm which manufactured in laboratory by ourselves.Make the mice exercise 30min and 45min respectively every day,and continue 14 days.Then sacrific the mice at diffrerent times. the drug concentration of cardia muscle,liver, lien, lung, kidney and tumour tissues were detected by HPLC. With immunohistochemistry quantitative assessment of the specificity of DNA and observation of morph characteristic in apoptosis , and apoptosis . The effect of exercise on survival rate of mice with tumour and the augment percentage of weight.The concentration of NO and TNF in macrophage of mice which belong to exercise group.Results: RGD-PLAL-DHAQ nanodrug delivery systerm could initiatively combine with target tumour tissues. In exercise group, tumour apoptosis and the amount of specificity DNA part increased contrasting with DHAQ group and Sodium Chloride grop which hav estatistical significance(p﹤0.05). The detection of body distribution of drug with HPLC suggest that, with exercise, the concentration of RGD-PLAL-DHAQ nanodurg delivery systerm in tumour tissues and DHAQ increased contrasting with Sodium Chloride grop have estatistical significance(p﹤0.05). In exercise group,Contrasting survival rate and increased percent of body weight in every grop, which have positive proportion with exercise time.Through determining NO and TNF contents in the macrophage of each grop mince,it sugested that hace a positive proportion with exercise time too. Conclusion: Varied amount of exercise could noticeablly promote the target combine of RGD-PLAL-DHAQ and new vessels in lung tumour. This introduce sufficient exercise can favor the binding of drug and target tissues when receiving targeted therapy, in addition increase the inhibition of tumour.
