Essential–Qualities–Oriented Education requires schools to lay stress on sustainable development of man and will"face future''. Classes are the important place for the Essential–Qualities–Oriented Education. We must grasp the class teaching to put Essential–Qualities–Oriented Education into effect . Whether Essential–Qualities–Oriented Education is successful or not lies in whether to change students'role and study methods, making them get full development in knowledge and skill ,thinking in math ,solving problems , feeling and attitude and so on In April, 2003 , china issued Full—time Duty Education Teaching Curriculum Standard (experiment), Ordinary Senior Math Curriculum Standard (experiment) (simply called Standard ) .It marks the beginning of China's first new math curriculum .It lays the foundation of math teaching Essential–Qualities–Oriented Education in all sides .Standard uses"advocate active ,initiative study method to explore bravely''"encourage students to develop the habit of thinking independently and actively explore in study course'',"students study initiatively ,explore actively through all kinds of different forms ,making them experience the road to math discovery and creativity ,discover their creativity ability''as the foundational idea to Senior math curricula seek . These put the new challenge in front of most math teachers.Based on opening teaching concept of middle school math, under the direction of opening teaching concept , we combine new standard ,make use of original middle school math texts and start a kind of teaching activity to change traditional, closed, single teaching way .By building democratic and harmonious class atmosphere , creatively taking advantage of teaching content at present ,using a variety of teaching means and teaching method , teachers improve the teaching course and change teachers'teaching methods and students'study methods. In order to improve teaching efficiency and make students develop in all sides ,I do the following things in teaching practice: (1) set a proper question situation ,guide students to"opening teaching"environment; (2) use a variety of teaching methods ,design"opening"teaching course ; (3) introduce math opening questions to class teaching , fulfill thinking course opening : (4) strengthen math application and build math model teaching , develop students'"opening"consciousness ;(5) strengthen exchange and cooperation , provide the platform for students'development .In concrete teaching, I adopt"four—link class activity teaching''pattern . I have carried out an experiment in two ordinary classes of No.1 Middle School of Chengde City , based on opening teaching concept . One is an experimented class ,the other is a controlled class . Teaching content is the same in the two classes ,but contact forms are different . Through teaching ,the experiment shows:(1) Math opening teaching helps develop students'creative consciousness.(2) Math opening teaching helps improve students'ability to discover problems ,solve problems.(3) Math opening teaching can promote students'exchange and cooperation in different levels, causing the students who don't do well in study to make rapid progress .(4) Can improve students'recognition of math essence , deepen the understanding and grasp of math knowledge , strengthen students'interest in math .In teaching practice, I also meet with some problems . Therefore I deeply feel that it is necessary to improve teachers'ability . In future, I will keep studying to adapt to the demands of teaching reform and development. |
