The emotional education has become one of the very hot issues focused in the education theory and practice nowadays when the quality education is widely been advocated. Chinese as a subject of great humanities is the foundation for the life development of the students. The reading teaching is the first position in the Chinese teaching in middle school, its reading materials contain aboundant emotional elements and there is no substitute for them when we carry out emotional education. Based on the theoretical result on the emotional at home and abroad, and in the light of the current situation in reading teaching where the emphasis is placed on cognition instead of emotion. I want to make a more systematic and comprehensive probe into the problem on the emotional education in the current reading teaching in middle school.In my opinion , the implementation of the emotional education in reading teaching can help the studentes develop their cognition, build up their perfect characters and improve their qualities comprehensively, therefore it is not only a loyical requirement if we want to accomplish the aim and task of the Chinese teaching in middle school scientifically and comprehensively , but also an imperative one if we want to reform the current situation in reading teaching and solve the students' problems existing in their emotional sphere .Adhering to the principles of penetration , communication , experimentation, situation, perception and direction , I have put forward my own practical tactics in the reading teaching:to create a particular plot so as to excite the students;to give free rein to the students' imagination and grasp their emotional feel ings; to make up some suspicions so as to cause a sensation effect; to analyse an article with emotion so as to strike a sympathetic chord in class. As a teacher who always plays a leading role in the class activities ,he or she has to improve his or her affectionate attainment so as to meet the requirements when carry out the tactics in the emotional education. Being a qualified teacher , he or she must have a healthly and noble emotion , have a profound professional know-how , healthy &lofty aesthetic standards and moral values, remain optimistic , energetic and vigourrous ,have a good control of his or her emotion.
