Overlooking the development of the 20th century, the competition between the countries is actually the competition of education. The expectation of the prosperous of our nation is the prosperous of education, which mainly depends on teachers. Therefore, the training of the teacher is the essential element of the education competition.From the late 1990s, the training program of how to develop the special lesson, which could be the characteristic of the school, started to boost around of the whole country. The junior and senior schools pay more attention to the training program because it is close to the teaching fact and can solve the specific problems. Studying the specific teaching cases is one of the most efficient ways among all the various strategies in the training program.This assignment is based on the studying of teacher training. By analyzing the specific case of teaching method, it can link up with the teaching method and practice, improve the specific skills and ability of teachers, advance the form of teaching self-examination and the harmony of practice and re-study.The whole assignment includes four parts: writing and collection, selection and improving, discussion and studying, conclusion and review.Teacher training program is a coin with two sides. And teacher training program from the four stages: reflection, learning, practicing and getting the result.This assignment is based on the studying of the strategies of teaching case study for Chinese teachers. I'm planning to prove the point that the case study methodology is an efficient way to improve the teaching technology of the Chinese lesson in the public secondary school.
