An overall and deep use of information technology as the heart of computer and network technology in the field of education has promoted the education change profoundly. As a result of it, a new style of education—educational informationization must be taken shape. But whether the educational informationalized reform is successful or not depends on the improvement of teacher's pedagogic behavior mostly. As is known to all, because it mainly teaches some knowledge, the past IT training for teacher could hardly change teachers' teaching actions. In the training, teachers only studied a lot of new IT knowledge and educational ideas; yet, after the training, teachers still keep their teaching customs as usual, and don't apply IT in their fields of teaching widely and deeply.On the base of rethinking the past IT training for teachers in middle school and primary school (including some teachers in vocational school) profoundly, the specialist has put forward a new teacher-training idea, that is 'leading teachers to learn from experience and get improvement by being self-examination', and people have accepted the school-based training which is on the base of the idea The quintessence of action learning is 'self-examination', which lays stress on an educational idea that people learn from experience and improve by being self-examination. Training mode of action learning is in keeping with the development trend of the school-based training, it offers a new teachers' IT training way.On the base of the understanding, I have carried out the research on theory and practice of the training model of action learning for teacher's informationalized teaching ability in the vocational schools . By tracing back to the origin of action learning , combing its application scenario inside and outside our country, analyzing the advantages of action learning -based in IT training , Studying the present conditions of teachers' IT training and special demands for the teachers' integrating IT with curriculums in the vocational school, the subject constructs the training model of action learning-based for teachers' informationalized teaching ability in the vocational schools , and focuses on teachers' ability of integrating IT with curriculums .The article is one of the sum-ups of the research. It entirely sets forth several problems in the following aspects, such as the theoretical basis, the component elements, the training objective , the content design, the operating procedure, the model characteristics ; besides, reciting the background,methods,process,disadvantages and the further direction of the research, the author hopes to provide teachers' IT training in middle school and primary school (including some teachers in vocational school) with some practical directions and inspirations .
