Teachers' teaching ability is an important factor of improving students' learning ability and achieving better teaching effect.And it is directly related to the future of the whole education,and has been paid more and more attention by the society.Among them,teachers' information-based teaching ability is an important part in the era of modern information development.It is shown that in order to better impart knowledge and promote students' acquisition of learning skills,teachers should fully integrate modern information technology means with educational concepts and give full play to information-based assisted teaching under the information environment.The advantages of learning can help to optimize the teaching process of Higher Vocational education.Teachers' information-based teaching ability is not unchanged.With the update of information technology and the change of teachers' own ability,it presents a dynamic state of development.This dynamic nature is the process of continuous development,improvement and promotion of teachers' information-based teaching ability.It is a process of constantly updating knowledge and ability quality and pursuing new knowledge in order to adapt for the changes of social development;In order to understand the current situation and problems of information-based teaching ability of teachers in Higher Vocational colleges,The author chooses the leaders and teachers of this teaching college as the research object,On the basis of extensive collection and analysis of documents and materials,and combining with the actual situation of the school,this paper investigates the current situation of teachers' ability to collect information resources,to design information-based teaching,to screen information and to evaluate information in class,and to use and develop information resources,At the same time,three teaching leaders from different management levels were interviewed in order to fully understand the current situation of teachers' information-based teaching ability in Higher Vocational colleges.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part focuses on the importance and necessity of teachers' information-based teaching ability in Higher Vocational colleges,including the origin,purpose and significance of the research on teachers' information-based teaching ability;the second part defines the important concepts involved in this paper,and expounds the research status at home and abroad.The third part is the implementation of teachers' questionnaires and interviews with school leaders to fully understand the current situation of teachers' information-based teaching ability in Higher Vocational colleges,and to analyze the results;The fourth part is the attribution analysis of the factors affecting the Informationized Teaching Ability of teachers in Higher Vocational colleges;The fifth part is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of teachers' information-based teaching ability in Higher Vocational colleges;The sixth part is the reflection and Prospect of this study.Through the investigation and Research on the information-based teaching ability of 60 professional teachers in our school,the author understands that the teachers' awareness of information-based teaching in our school is generally good,but there are many problems in its implementation.The author analyses the factors that hinder the development of teachers' information-based teaching ability,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers' information-based teaching ability,which provides ideas for the improvement of teachers' information-based teaching ability in Higher Vocational Colleges and provides reference for the construction of school information.
