Chinese reading ability is an ability to feel lansigns of articles, master thought and content of articles through own knowledge and experience from language and other sign. At the primary school stage, the ability means that pupils can read texts loudly, accurately, fluently and sentimentally, and read silently in Mandarin and read intensively, extensively and glance the texts innovatively. As a result, their feeling for language can be cultivated, knowledge can be collected, experience can be deepened, thought can be expanded, amount of reading can increase, and reading quality can be improved.In three stages, namely lower grades, middle grades and higher grades in primary school, development emphases of reading ability are different. Regarding the study fruits formed as referrences, as per physical and psychological development characteristics of different grades' pupils, the dissertation mentions hiberarchy and its development emphases of different grades' pupils. The emphasis of the first stage (grade one and two) is knowledge factors and non-intelligence factors; the emphasis of the second stage (grade three and four) is reading methods and strategies, cultivation of reading comprehention obility , penetration of primary appreciation and critics ability; the emphasis of the third stage (grade five and six) is reading understanding ability, research reading ability and innovative reading ability. It should be referred that the structure factors for reading ability are generally co-existed, related with each other and complementary. In other, they develop gradually and flow out and home , but every stage has its emphasis . The primary significance for diversifying the hiberarchy is that it requires pupils' Chinese reading ability is a logical "theory structure" , and it means that pupils' Chinese reading ability is not complanate enumeration, but tridimensional knowledge.The author tries to put the theory to the practice during the realistic education, and explores the cultivated strategies of pupils' Chinese reading ability of every grades and the cultivated methods of lower grades pupils' Chinese reading ability by a series of education experience study on Chinese reading ability.
