Reading aloud is an important part of Chinese teaching.It is very important for students to learn knowledge and develop good communication skills.However,there are many problems in the traditional classroom reading teaching.For example,teachers' lack of understanding of the importance of reading teaching,students' low interest in reading and limited reading time make the effectiveness of reading teaching greatly reduced.It is necessary to take effective measures to overcome the above problems and improve the reading level of students.Blended learning is a new way of learning which appears with the development of information technology.This approach combines the advantage of online learning and traditional classroom learning with the characteristic of abundant information resources,different kinds of learning forms,flexible learning time,timely guide and feedback and so on.It has been widely used in the enterprise training,higher education and other fields.Some achievements are obtained in the primary school teaching.In this paper,blended learning is applied to primary school Chinese reading teaching.Through this combination of classroom teaching and online teaching,we can improve the status of reading teaching and enhance the level of Chinese language reading.The same group experiment method is used in the study.One class was selected as the experimental class in the classes of the author,and the program of reading aloud based on blended learning was carried out.The other class was selected as the control class and the traditional class reading teaching scheme was adopted.The following work has been carried out in this paper.Firstly,the concept of reading aloud and the connotation of reading ability are defined.The evaluation principles and evaluation criteria are sorted out.Based on the relevant literature findings,the reading guidance and evaluation criteria adopted in this paper are summarized.Secondly,the origin of blended learning,the concept,theoretical basis,design link and application mode of blended learning are sorted out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design and formulation of blended learning program in reading teaching.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey and reading level test was conducted to investigate the actual reading level of the program participants and the reading teaching and learning situation of the classes in which the subjects were in practice,to provide the necessary basis and reference for the design and formulation of the blended learning plan.Fourthly,according to the data analysis results and formulation principles of blended learning program,and combined with the characteristics of primary school learning,the implementation plan and implementation steps of blended learning to improve pupils' reading aloud level are worked out.The reading teaching process is divided into two parts: offline classroom teaching and online learning and guidance.Online learning and guidance expand the time and scope of reading learning and provide reference for the offline classroom teaching to make it more pertinent.Under line classroom teaching makes teachers play a leading role in teaching,can grasp the progress of the course and the students' learning situation,and face to face guidance to the problems encountered in the students' online learning.The two parts revising each other,complementing each other and promoting each other to promote the teaching process of reading aloud together.Fifthly,in a selected class,a semester-based reading teaching activity based on blended learning program is carried out.In the process of implementation,the details of the program are adjusted timely according to the feedback situation,and the implementation plan is optimized step by step.Sixthly,through questionnaires and interviews,the students' attitudes towards reading,selfassessment of reading level,and classroom and extra-curricular reading were investigated after the implementation of the blended learning program to evaluate the implementation effect of blended learning.The results show that the implementation of blended learning enables students to read aloud,recognize the importance of reading aloud,enhance the initiative of reading,expand the range of reading,increase the time of reading,and improve the level of reading aloud.The study in this paper proved that implementation of the hybrid learning program has indeed improved the shortcomings of the traditional class reading teaching,and greatly improved the effect of reading teaching.
