Nanjing Students In Vocational Colleges Sports Attitude Research

The advanced vocational institute has become the important part of advanced education. However, it is different form common advanced institute with its vocational, technical, local and opening features. The present author uses methods of questionnaire, literature and interview to study the attitude towards PE learning. This study surveys and analysis from the attitude structure that is recognition, emotion and behavior tendency.The result indicates that students' attitude towards PE in the advanced vocational institute is on good level. Boys have higher scores than girls, and the higher the grade is, the more scores are for sports attitude. Students from civil have higher scores than those from countries. The first three sports items that collage students like best are badminton, basketball and swimming. Running is at the 11th place. At present the first three sports items that students frequently participate in are badminton, basketball and swimming. This situation indicates that at present the courts and sports equipments in some schools could not satisfy the needs for students' activities.The main factors affecting the formation of PE attitude are: mass media, campus cultural environment, someone important, interest and soon. We should combine the above factors and cultivate students to from the correct and active PE learning attitude. According to the survey result, the study proposes the policy and advice on how to improve the attitude of the students in the advanced vocational institute.
