At present, the question of citizen's education right protection has being paid more and more attention.The education right is Each citizen's equal rights which is be given by the constitution of our country. However, there are some less than satisfactory still exists in this aspect in our country. This paper has carried on some investigations in the relevant problems of education right of stage of compulsory education to the present citizen of our country, which attempt to put forward some views and suggestions on implement citizen's current situation and countermeasure at the present our country in the education right of stage of compulsory education. After new China is established, the Coummnist Party and government have made the clear legal provisions to citizen's education right. The educational undertaking is fast growing, people's educational level is improved by a large margin. But for various reasons, there exist many question need to solve for example: set up key class, select school, school arbitrary charge and disadvantaged groups,etc, still in this respect.This paper has analyzed the reason influencing citizen's education fight to implement from angles such as economic development, social environment, culture atmosphere,etc., proposes improving government's function, strengthens the institutional improvement of regulation, implements the suggestion of relevant measures, on the basis of making investigations, drawing lessons from, analyzing other scholar's research results.
