Under the concept of new course, dramatic changes have already taken place in the standard of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching evaluation. It has a direct help for teachers to introspect the classroom teaching behavior and upgrade the level of specialization so as to have an accurate comprehension of the principle of new course classroom teaching evaluation and study its standard seriously. According to the concept of new course evaluation, this paper probes into the standard of new course classroom teaching evaluation on the basis of modern classroom teaching requirements. What's more, this paper overcomes the former ills of regularity in classroom teaching evaluation that attach much importance to the research method of combination of fixed nature and quality. It carries out systematic research on junior high school mathematics classroom teaching evaluation so that enhance the justice and accuracy of evaluation. Through the study of this paper, it aims to explore internal law of mathematics classroom teaching and raise teachers'classroom teaching standard. Besides, it also can give an impetus to form proper teaching concepts and behavior, which can promote a better development of students in their mathematics study and establish and implement junior high school mathematics classroom teaching evaluation standard that can adapt to the concept of new course.
