At present,the curriculum reform of ordinary senior high school is being carried out in an all-round way,requiring teachers to actively carry out the classroom teaching practices of“human-centred”.Junior high school is closely connected with senior high school.It is the foundation of senior high school,which surely requires the classroom teaching of junior high school to take the new curriculum of senior high school as the reference.As an important part of classroom teaching,classroom teaching evaluation is a monitoring mechanism in teaching activities.However,with the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the shortcomings of the existing classroom teaching quality evaluation have been exposed more and more obviously.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the previous quality evaluation of classroom teaching in junior high school to meet the needs of new curriculum development.From the perspective of the new curriculum standard of senior high school,this paper organically combines the ideas and requirements of the new curriculum standard of senior high school with the curriculum standard of junior high school.Taking junior high schools as the entry point,this paper focuses on classroom teaching quality evaluation by using methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and case study.From five aspects of evaluation value and significance,evaluation subject,evaluation standard,evaluation method and evaluation result feedback and application,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of classroom teaching quality evaluation in junior high school,and explores the causes of its existing problems.Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews of the three junior high schools in T City,the research found that the subject of classroom teaching evaluation in these three schools is relatively single,the classroom teaching evaluation standard is not too scientific,the classroom teaching evaluation method is not comprehensive,and the feedback and application of the evaluation results are not in place.Through research and analysis,the reasons leading to these problems are as follows:the absence of people-oriented teaching quality evaluation thought,the imperfect school management mechanism,the imperfect classroom teaching evaluation system,and the certain constraints of the evaluation subject itself.Classroom teaching quality evaluation of junior high school is a systematic project,involving a variety of subjects,like the school,teachers,students,parents and the society.Thus,to solve the practical problems that exist,the school needs to reform from the aspects of the evaluation subject,evaluation standard,evaluation method and evaluation result feedback and application.It is necessary to increase the evaluation subjects of the students,teachers themselves and school supervisions,and based on the characteristics of each evaluation subject,balance the evaluation subject weight.It is necessary to construct the classroom teaching evaluation index system which is based on the students' comprehensive application ability.It is necessary to combine the classroom evaluation scale with the classroom observation record.It is necessary to establish a timely information feedback system and an effective incentive mechanism to give full play to the evaluation results.After the optimization of classroom quality evaluation applied to the concrete practice,the relevant data show that the evaluation of classroom teaching can improve the students' interest and participation in class,and improve the teachers' teaching enthusiasm and initiative.It has certain promoting effect on the improvement of teaching quality,the cultivation of students' comprehensive application ability and the improvement of teachers' professional quality.
