School-enterprise Alliances: The Innovative Model Of Domestic Science Cooperation Organization Study

Since 1980's,the behavior of industry-university cooperation have become one of the important means to promote technological innovation and technological progress in the world.In recent years, industry-university cooperation in China have developed quickly,playing an important role in the process of promoting technology and economy. Thus,it is significant to reinforce the study of this cooperation, especially the study of cooperative mode.The thesis summarizes the research achievements of domestic and abroad researchers on the issue of mode of industry-university cooperative organizations,and confines the concept of industry-university cooperative organization.The thesis studies on the innovative mode of industry-university cooperative organization on the basis of organization theory and strategic alliance theory.Through the inspection of status quo,current development and trends of worldwide cooperative organizations,the thesis aims to probe the current development and problems of industry-university cooperative organizations in China,then sums up three most prominent problems.First,the tache of technology development is very weak.Second,the mode of entity union hasn't been carried out fully.Third,the participation of large enterprises is in a serious shortage.Thus,the thesis focuses the urgent problems on the issue of the innovative mode of entity union in the tache of technology development facing to large enterprises.Through case study,summarizing successful experience of foreign and domestic industry-university cooperative organizations,the thesis epurates an innovative mode of industry-university cooperative organization named "University-Industry Union" and builds up its model,further designs its organizational elements and analizes its supporting environment.Finally the thesis gives some proposals for the development of University-Industry Union in China.Industry-university cooperative organization in China is still in the stage of exploration and practice. Through the study of innovation of the cooperative organizations, this thesis aims to contribute to the innovation of industry-universitycooperation and to further enhance the ability of independent innovation of ourcountry.
