Nowdays,with the development of social economy and propulsion of urbanization, more and more people leave the countryside and into the city looking for more chance of survival. Unlike the last generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers will to put their children to the city,Enrolling their children in the local and integrating into the city life.So that,Work to achieve from the "breadwinner" for the purpose to "realize the value of life, rooted city" as the goal of the migration. In this process, How the rural migrant workers’children’life in local schools? Have the peer relations in their interaction with local students adverse impact due to the difference of the household registration? How to use the professional social work to step in helping improve primary school in the peer relations of different household register students.This will be the focus of this study.This study selected 116 students in six Grade,S primary school,huzhou,zhejiang procince, Making a survey about their peer relations.Meanwhile,do semi-structured interviews with students to understand different household register status quo and the characteristics of pupil peer relations,and sum up the influence and cause of the poor peer relations.Using reciprocal mode of team work and psychological and social treatment mode of case work to build the plan of team and case work.Expected to help nonlocal census register children self-understanding,enhance self-confidence, learn interpersonal skills and improve the ability of communication, promote the development of peer relations, different household register pupils in school and in life in building a harmonious good peer relations, and from such a smooth interaction and harmonious interpersonal relationships, in order to get personal growth.Through the questionnaire and interview way to evaluate the effect of intervention of social work.From the assessment,we can find the state of the sevice object recovered,, mental outlook improved after the intervention of school social workers.This research prives that improving public primary school student on the peer relationship of different household background,team work has its natural advantages.This research provides at new way of thinking about enhancing the nonlocal census register children into the city.Also verify the social work methods to improve students the background of different household register pee relations,set up bridge of friendship, making the students in the process of the harmonious and healthy peer relations for personal growth.
