Since 2000,when China started the on-the-job study for master's degree for teachers in secondary vocational schools,the scale of master's degree in vocational education has been growing day by day,which has provided a strong talent guarantee for the development of vocational education in China and also provided an important platform for the improvement of the quality and ability of vocational education teachers.As an important way to promote the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,how much effect does the promotion of academic qualifications have on the improvement of teachers' professional quality? When the front-line teachers return to the campus to study again as students,what kind of feelings and gains do they have? What impact did they have on their teaching work? This requires us to start from the teacher's own subject and explore secondary vocational teachers master learning the most real thoughts and feelings.This research adopts the qualitative research method,based on the subjective feelings of human beings,and the story is presented as the main line.The author analyzes and explores the story as an outsider,so that the problems are brought to life.The way to get a lively highlight,to provide a new research method and ideas for the study of secondary vocational teachers studying for master's degree.The author believes that this bottom-up approach may be closer to real life and more in line with people's actual needs.First of all,this study selects two secondary vocational teachers who have completed master's studies as the research object,and presents their narratives from the three aspects of “professional learning”,“interpersonal communication” and “campus facilities and management”.Secondly,based on the narrative data,this study analyzes the effect of academic qualifications on the professional quality of the two teachers from three dimensions: professional knowledge,professional ability,professional concept and teacher's morality.Then,from the three aspects of internal motivation,external factors and the mutual influence of the two,the factors influencing the improvement of academic quality are discussed.Finally,in order to optimize the effect of the improvement of the qualifications of secondary vocational teachers on their own professional quality,this study puts forward suggestions from the perspective of teachers themselves and external factors,so that the main force of secondary vocational teachers and external factors form a strong synergy to promote professional Improvement of quality.On the one hand,starting from the teacher's main body,the author is concerned that teachers themselves play a vital role in professional development.As a conscious individual with subjective initiative,the teacher should strengthen his own awareness of autonomous development.The first is to improve self-recognition and reflection ability,to clarify the status of professional development;the second is to enhance professional self-confidence and improve learning initiative;the third is to establish the concept of life-long learning and awaken the awareness of independent development.On the other hand,starting from external factors,we must first improve the school governance system and give full play to external conditions.Second,we must optimize the curriculum and improve the quality of training.Third,give play to the supportive role of teachers in the master's learning community.
