The thesis takes the teaching theory in different levels and teaching management theory as the theory foundation, in the foundation of the inheritance, the summary and the use of the teaching management in levels reform practice research result for reference, and studies the elementary theory questions of the teaching management in levels to construct the teaching management theory system. Therefore, the thesis mainly studies from following several aspects.The first chapter have expounded the concept and significance of the teaching management in levels. The teaching management in levels is"In order to complete the teaching task and improve the teaching quality, the school teaching administrative personnel utilize the certain principles and the methods and by a series of proper administrative behavior, organize, coordinate, direct and control the teaching work so as to realize the teaching aims in different levels."It means that the teaching management in levels is benefit to teaching students according to their aptitude and makes students keep the initiative in their study. It can adapt to the market demand under current economic system and it is advantageous to not only the establishment of the life-long education system and the formation of study society, but also the enhancement of the teachers'quality.The second chapter have expounded the theory foundation of the teaching management in levels. Marx's theory of human development; the theory basis of the teaching management in levels; the teaching management in levels take person management as its basis. We know any kind of teaching management has its own teaching management theory as guidance, particularly the teaching management in levels.Chapter Three makes specific research on the teaching management in levels of middle vocational school and points out that the main content of it is plan management and process management. Studies the basic tactics of the teaching management in levels of middle vocational school. Mainly analysis from the following aspects: curriculum management, teaching management, teacher management, student management, evaluation management, and organization management.Chapter Four have expounded the ensurance measures on teaching management in levels of middle vocational school. It mainly expounds from these aspects, such as concept, system, mechanism, method and behavior. In the end , in the concluding remark, on the basis of the studies, the thesis proposed several related topics should be followed with interest in following research, and make clear and definite the research direction in the future.
