Scientism has showed its limitations with development of information science in 21 century. Unification of knowledge and emotion in education has become more and more important because education paying no attention to emotion will make the educatee be the slaver of science. Emotion education has become a worldwide topic. And the importance of emotion in Chinese classroom teaching has been emphasized in the course reform being carried out. Emotion education has been viewed as an important part of the target, content and evaluation in Chinese course, which shows the humanism of course reform idea. To bring emotion into fullplay in Chinese classroom teaching is an effective way to improve Chinese study.The key point to study emotional target in Chinese course is to carry out it in the class. The article focus on the practice of humanism instead of theory research and mainly study how to use it in classroom teaching according to the principle of educational psychology. This is a practical problem in current research and practice of Chinese teaching. It's also a new target Chinese teachers have to face. Firstly, we base our research on Bloom' s Multi-level theory of education target and Robert Mills Gagné's theory of instructional design and of study result classification. We find there are some shortness in traditional descriptions of emotional target and put forward a new way to describe practical emotional target by studying the teaching memoir of some famous teacher. Secondly, we bring forth some teaching policy to achieve the emotional target according to the feature of communication between students and teachers, which push the study of emotional target research from abstract level to practical level. Finally, we give new evaluation principle of emotional target. People oriented principles takes the place of knowledge and technology oriented principles.There is still no definitive system about how to realize emotional target in Chinese classroom teaching due to the uncertainty of emotion. What we want to do in this article is to make a flow chart of emotional target realization, which can offer laws in the forming, achieving and evaluating of emotional target in Chinese classroom teaching. The research is mainly limited in theoretical level, and more practice and improvement is expected.
