"New curriculum standard" repeatedly stresses the goal of the Chinese teaching only really implemented in the classroom teaching has the significance and value.Therefore, the design of teaching aim shoud be scientific, feasibility and rationality are also the important precondition for the effectiveness of classroom teaching and efficiency. At first this paper expounds the origin of the study, research status, theoretical support and,research methods and research ideas.and then, from the source of three-dimensional target content, the relationship between three aspects to help people with much deeper understanding, three-dimensional target. Then,combined with the implementation of the new curriculum background and I engaged in the teaching work unit to implement the deviation existing in the process of target: no target in teaching goal, teaching, non pan correct expression, The lack of understanding of the students’ subject consciousness,to the new curriculum concept of "three-dimensional aims mainly to" twist demonstration of the operation, and the actual gap, not understand the physiological and psychological status of junior high school students. Finally,some practical implementation methods and strategies are proposed from the reading teaching, composition teaching, comprehensive study of teaching the three sections, in order to expect effective, the smooth implementation of junior high school Chinese teaching goal in teaching process.
