Teaching goal is an expectation for student's learning results,while classroom teaching goal is the bridge connecting the education ideal and education reality which is the starting point and the ultimate aim of the actual classroom teaching.For the primary school Chinese,the subject design plays a very important role in developing and implementing the specific teaching design;achieving the real effect of classroom teaching;developing students' body and mind;completing the national curriculum objectives,teaching purpose and goal of school-based curriculum in schools,and accomplishing teachers' Chinese professional literacy and ability of ascension.Therefore,in order to serve the elementary school language classroom teaching and promote the good development of the elementary school students' body and mind as well as their Chinese professional literacy and ability of ascension better,how to design a suitable teaching goal for elementary school language classroom is what we need to think and discuss in-depth combining the current status quo and problems of primary school Chinese teaching goal design.The role of primary school Chinese classroom teaching goal design cannot be ignored.This research uses the literature method,case analysis method,interview method and observation method.It studied the design and current writing conditions of elementary school Chinese classroom teaching goal in Jinan city from the consciousness of target design,target design method,the content of the target design,the target and the expression of target design.This study found that the current condition of Jinan elementary school language classroom teaching goal design is not optimistic.It has some problems,such as the main target design consciousness is not strong,the design method of rigid and traditional stereotypes,design content empty generalization,estimation and design expression of vague and abstract,design to achieve such problems as lack of directivity,and its influence factors mainly include objective and subjective aspects.This study hopes to improve the design of primary school language classroom teaching goal from teachers,education departments,schools and education resources.This study consists of six parts:The first part defines the basic concept,including the definition of "course target,teachingtarget,Chinese course,Chinese class teaching goals,the elementary school language classroom teaching objectives".This study argues that the elementary school language classroom teaching goal is a kind of specific classroom teaching goal which designed by the best Chinese teachers in primary school based on course goal,teaching goal,the Chinese curriculum standards,a variety of related teaching materials and students' actual level and ability to accept.The designed teaching goal need to be used in the actual practices and in specific classroom teaching evaluation.All in all,the designed teaching goal has five aspects,including the consciousness of the target design,target design method,the content of the target design,target design and the expression of target reached.The second part mainly talks about the gist of primary school Chinese classroom teaching goal design from Chinese curriculum standards,textbooks and the basic learning situation of students.The third part is mainly based on the actual literature analysis and interviews,case analysis and the practice of concrete classroom observation research to analyze the current situation of primary school Chinese classroom teaching goal design from five basic lever,including the consciousness of classroom teaching goal design,classroom teaching goal design method,the content of the teaching goal design,design of classroom teaching objectives and the expression of classroom teaching goal design.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the current primary school language classroom teaching goal,including the target design consciousness is not strong,the design method of target rigidity,traditional stereotypes,target design content empty generalization,estimation and target design expression of vague and abstract,a lack of directional target design.In the fifth part,the author tries to analyze the main reasons of those problems from the subjective level and objective level.In the sixth part,the author puts forward some relevant and actual solving strategies according to those basic problems and main reasons.Specifically speaking,the strategies can be divided into four aspects: strengthening the consciousness of teachers' goal design,to provide more education resources,improve teachers' quality and ability of the individual,the implementation of the perfect feedback,assessment and supervision mechanism.To sum up,in order to solve the basic problems exiting in current primary school language classroom teaching goal design and guide Chinese teachers from the best primary school to establish stronger consciousness of target design,master the basic principles and basic methods to design classroom teaching goals and learn more scientific design of classroom teaching objectives,this study has carried on a comprehensive,detailed discussion and research hoping to provide some guidance to solve practical problems.
