Technical And Vocational Moral Education System

Higher Vocational Education is an important component of high education. Students should have the basic capabilities and basic skills for the actual work in professional field, and have good ethics and professionalism. So, attaching importance to the great moral education for vocational education is necessary for the achievement of personnel training goals as well as graduates with vocational talents.This paper defines the related concepts of the great moral education for Higher Vocational Education, and defines the characteristics of contemporary moral education for it. Comparing the characteristics of colleges in moral education with the secondary vocational colleges and universities, this paper analyses the contemporary problems exiting in moral education in high school. For instance, less purposeful, less effective, weaker integrated, single estimate system, stagnant contingent, laggard approaches.On the basis of Combining the theory with practice this paper gives the corresponding strategies to strengthen the moral education in vocational college: to strengthen moral education by humane education; to build up the scientific concept of moral education; to establish and improve the system of moral education; to expand the approaches of moral education, to construct principles on moral education, so as to have the guiding significance and value for the moral education in college.
