Cultural Management Perspective, The School Management Mechanism

Culture management is a management mode which mainly centered on human beings and help people develop their value views. The school management mechanism which is under the culture management should be very standard and weight on culture value. At present in our country, most management mechanisms are based on strict rulers while ignore employees' feelings and value goals that are bad to teachers developing and growth. Therefore, according to culture management, it is very necessary to study the school management mechanism.This thesis applies synthetically Philology and case philology and studies those problems about traditional school management mechanism. At the end of this thesis, I conceal the principle and the trend of the school management mechanism.There are five parts all together. The background and the purpose of this study are introduced in the first part. Besides these, the definitions of the concepts are also introduced in the first part. In the second part, it gives the relative theory and analyses the traditional school management mechanism in order to find the existing problems. In the third part, it refers to the relative features of the culture management based on the culture management. In the forth part, it talks about the changing trend of the school management mechanism. At last, we arrive a conclusion that the result and the existing problems of this study.
