Beijing Population Changes On The Development Of Education At All Levels

As the metropolis and capital of China ,the complexity and diversity for population change of Beijing is incomparable for other cities . The paper emphasises on the population change's impact on eduction in Beijing . Base on the dates of Beijing Statistic Yearbooks ,educational statistic Yearbooks and one per hundred population survey in Beijing conducted in 2005 and one per thousand population floating population survey in Beijing conducted in 2006 , the paper analyses the population change's impact on education in Beijing .There are three aspects .First ,As population natural change , by studying the changing trend of every district's population change and educational resource change , from the geographic aspect ,the paper shows the different education scale changing trend and education resource distribution of downtown, suburb and exurb .Meanwhile ,base on the studying ,providing the suggestion on accelerating the adjustment of basic education distribution to adpte the population change .Second , for population migration ,paying especially attention on issues of floating children's education equality and necessity of immigrate labor's job trainning and education . Third , for the issue of aging of population,the age structure change mainly induced by aging of population. By demand research of elder people of Beijing, the paper points out that widely development of elder education is effective solution for aging of population . For better studying the future population changing trend , this paper forecasts the scale and percentage of all level education active population of Beijing by CPPS software. According to forecast, the education active population of primary school and high middle school show increasing trend,while different for velocity; The trend of middle school eduction active population is smooth and lightly decrease .The proportion of elder population is inverse ration for the proportion of labor force. The decrease of proportion for labor active population accompanies with the increase of elder population. The changing trend requires government adjust the distribution of all level eduction resource according to population structure change ,more over, government need adjust the finance disbursal to difference education factors based on eduction demand chage to insure the education equality and eduction balance .
