College Students Management Work In The New Situation Facing The Problems And Countermeasures

Under new circumstances, the college students'management faces many new problems. How to face up to new situations and solving new problems is very important. Ideological and Political Education is weak in many aspects and not perfect enough to adjust to this new situation. The college students'management is incompatible with the current developing requirements. As a result, strengthening and improving the college students'management is an important task of the utmost urgency at present.Recently, our society has paid more and more attention to the college students'educating; consequently, researches on the college students'management became fruitful. Many scholars, including the frontline workers on the college students'management put forward their own views on many aspects, such as the management problems, management concept, innovation of management system, and the building of management team. And those researches lay a solid foundation for further study. However, few of them have some theoretical level and depth, while most researches only touched upon some superficial and one-sided problems instead of the substance of the issue, without systematization or integrality. This paper, from a macro and multi-latitude perspective, carries out systematic research which aimed at how to do a good job and draw references for students'management in the new situation.As a college students'management worker, the author has engaged in the management of college students for 10 years. During this period, the author deeply felt that the students'management is very important to the learning, life and practice of the college students. At the same time, the author realized the trust and expectation from students. Currently, college student's work is facing the tremendous opportunities, for example, the recognition from The Central Party Committee and the state government, a good external environment, and a relatively stable management team. But in the meantime, we are soberly aware that college student's work will be faced with a series of difficulties and severe challenges. Faced with pressure from all, the author has been thinking about how to overcome the problems and seize the opportunities under the new situation, in order to find out the new ideas and new methods suitable to the college students'management in China. From this perspective, students study management has great practical significance.The objective of this study is to solve the current problems existing in the college students'management and create a viable new management model. The basic ideas are as follows: Firt of all, start from the reality, analyze the challenge among the college students'management; second, in view of practical problems, to probe into the new ideas and new methods. In this study the basic research methods are Literature research, Observation and Interview. About the literature, the author collected the articles published on network and various public publications, in addition, the literature also covered a large number of internal systems of many colleges and universities, investigation reports of the students'management departments, the program of activities, promotional materials and publications organized by students.According to the basic ideas of research, the main structure of the paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the status analysis of the relevant student management concepts, work content, the working system. From aspects of social development, higher education reform and the growth of College Students, it made analysis of the current management of the new situation faced with the students, and proposed the need and urgency to study this issue. The second part of the paper is based on the first part, it focused on the fact that current students management faces with enormous challenges from social development, internal reform and the variation of college students'features. The third part put forward countermeasures and methods against the new challenges facing the management of the college students.
