The teacher with happiness can give students more happiness and success than the teacher without happiness. Paying attention to the teacher's well-being based on school culture management, it makes administrators know which kind of administrating model is helpful to upgrade teachers' life quality, strengthen teachers' professional well-being, stimulate teachers' initiative and promote school development.The research used synthetically Philology, questionnaire, interview and text-analysis-method. It studied: status quo of professional well-being of middle school teachers ; facts of influences of it ; the significance of the model of school administration to teachers' professional well-being and so on, and based on this, provided some advices that how to improve teachers' professional well -being from the angel of school culture management.The major results of this study were as follows: The majority middle school teachers can feel professional Well-being but not strong. The teachers who work at junior education can feel stronger professional well-being than those who work at senior education. Element that influences happy feeling of teacher's occupation, comes from teachers themselves, and comes from element of outside lives, such as the element at the school and element in the society. The feeling at work, organizational statue, the feeling of achievement at work, relations between men and women, reason to choose to be teacher, social statue, personal developmental opportunities and the decision-making power of teaching are all facts of influences of teacher professional well-being.Teachers who work under different administrational model, their professional well-being is very different, teachers work under the pattern of culture management can feel stronger well-being. School culture management is correlation observably to feeling at work, to organizational statue ,to feeling of achievement at work, to relations between men and women.Some facts of school culture management can influence teacher well-being directly, but some others indirectly by influencing other facts, such as the feeling at work, organizational statue and so on. There is a necessity to keep the idea of management that the teacher is made basic. The system and the policy of the school should be enacted and executed softly to meet the teacher's demands of self-development and self- achievement.
