| In the past decade,the private education of China has developed rapidly,both in terms of quantity,scale and quality of development,etc..The position of private education in the national education system is becoming more and more important,and it has been playing a more and more important role.Since the Private Education Promotion Law was promulgated,the private education in China has made considerable progress,but it is still confronted with the dilemma of social status is not high,development level is uneven,the school brand recognition is low.For private schools,the construction of teacher troops.Whether the teacher management is scientific and standard,whether to attach importance to the teaching level and the growth of speciality,and whether a scientific incentive system is adopted,are all closely related to the enthusiasm of teachers.The research to the problems in the teacher management can increase the management efficiency on the base of promoting the reform of non-governmental education.This paper has researched H private secondary school.In order to get a general grasp of the status of teacher management in the school,questionnaire survey and personal interview have been made.Simultaneously,by using the methods of literature research,case studies,comparative study,it analyzes the problems and reasons of teacher management in private middle schools.On the basis of studying the advanced educational concept and successful experience of teacher management in private schools at home and abroad,guided by the theories of hierarchy of needs,human resource management and scientific management in behavioral science,from establishing and improving a scientific and reasonable internal organization,adapting to the professional development of teachers,optimizing the structure and function of managers Based on the internal development and stimulation of teachers,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures,in order to effectively improve the school running quality of private middle schools,so as to promote the more competitive,sustainable and stable development of private education in China. |
