Modern information technology has been widely applied in the field of education, and made remarkable achievements, the development of modern information technology for special education also brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Special education is an important part of the people's quality of the education, it is also an important condition for the process of pushing forward China's modernization drive of the 21st century. Special education of its own particularity, the research needs high-tech support in many ways, modern information technology can provide a show of the arena, especially the use of modern information technology integrate teaching in blind school, become a hot issue in the field of special education.In order to use modern information technology compensate the visually impaired students in blind school, to improve language teaching, change the traditional teacher-centered teaching structure, and create a new type of teaching environment, culture blind use of the network of life-long learning, and improve their ability to innovate and practice, the author put up research and practice of the modern information technology and blind school integration of language teaching.In this paper, a theoretical study: Summary of the development of special education information status quo at home and abroad ; define the related concepts of disability and modern information technology integrate curriculum, and expatiate the integration caused by change, the principle of integration and the particularity.In this paper, part of the practice: from liberal education use of modern information technology for the success of the integration of language teaching experience, explore the ways and means in use of modern information technology to integrate language teaching in blind school .Zibo blind school students for teaching object, in May 2007 to January 2008 launched modern information technology and the integration of language teaching practice in blind school.The author design related integration case, experienced teachers in blind school make teaching practice,the author attend the lecture, through experiment,observation and interviews, know the effect of integration and understand the shortcomings, finally propose consolidation should pay attention to the issue.Through modern information technology integrated language teaching, improved the quality of blind school's language teaching, made up of visually impaired blind, trained the blind students' Information Literacy capacity , use network for lifelong learning capacity and speed up their return to mainstream society, so that they understand the progress of social civilization and development, while expanding the modern information technology and curriculum integration of the application areas, accelerated the advanced pace of blind school's education information.
