Middle School And The University Of Effective Convergence Strategy

Education is a systematic project.Both middle school education and university education are the important compenents of the education system.and they are relatively independent as well as interactional.On the one hand,secondary school education is the basic of university education,and its quality has a great effect on the different aspects of university education. On the other hand,many aspects of university education,such as enrollment model,curriculum design,educational idea,teaching management and so on, have a distinctly direct effect on the middle school education. Therefore,we shouldn't only seek solutions to the problems in middle school education and university education from an internal view,but also from a integrated view.But,for a long time, middle school and university in our country are lack of communication with each other and to a great degree,they are disconnected,which makes the linking chain of education be factitiously dissevered,and has a bad effect on the improvement of education quality and the development of the students. So, strengthening the connection between middle school and university has became an imminence task.Beginning with definition of connection,this essay explores in which sense connection between middle school and university needs to be established,and analysises the necessity of the connection. This essay also introduces the present situation of the connection between middle school and university at home and abroad ,and then points out the existing problems of the connection between middle school and university in our country.In the end,the essay proposes the corresponding countermeasure on the existing problems.The author suggests the connection between middle school and university be strengthened in four aspects:firstly,reform the ways of entering university which includes opening all avenues for enrollment,giving more enrolment right to the university and establishing multi-dimensional reference standard of the university admission system;secondly, enhance the communication and cooperationin between middle school and university in many ways; thirdly, reform the curriculum system,and construct bridging course system; fourthly, develop special education for connection both in middle school and university; fifthly, abandon the idea of examination-oriented education in middle school and orientate the idea of quality-oriented education in university correctly.so as to unify the idea of middle school and university.
