Humanbeings are going into the era .of knowledge economy, social division has more profound influences toward social life. Following doctors, lawyers and other professional industries set foot on the track, teachers specialized in this industry is on their way. The reasons of teacher specialization is that if teachers want to obtain the survival and development in the next century, specialization is the inevitable choice. It is generally believed that teachers need professional from the pre-professional level and the post-professional level. Eudcation practice towards normal students belonging to the scope of pre-professional. It is a professional training in teacher education, and is a strong instrument which can train an up to date teacher with planned scedual and orgniazation. Therefore, the practice of education has a profound meaning to the development of the growth of normal students.From the view of seven seas, the emphasis toward the educational practice of normal students has a strong connection with the transition of training teacher and the study of teacher practiceal knowledge. Practice and reflection of teacher training has been the educational keystone in every countrys. Teacher training in the cause of a long history can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn period. From the Jianyuan five years, the Han Wudi set up five classics PhDs, the history of teacher profession is more than 2000 years. Since the first establishment of the normal school in Modern China, the history also has more than 100 years. However, at present China's teacher education have many problems, practice of teacher education students is one of the most prominent issues, which undoubtedly will be restricted to cultivate quality of teachers and school operators and then not conducive to the healthy development of China's education, it needs us to do some change on the basis of din-depth study.This paper mainly studied this problem in five areas: First of all, it discussed the rise of changes in practice and practical knowledge of teachers, it is the historical and theorical background of practice on normal students; Secondly, it reviewed the history of China's modern teacher practice. Thirdly, it made a summary of the current educational practice at home and abroad on the relevant research and rose basic writing ideas of this paper; fourthly, it summed up the main problems of China's normal Education practice, and deemed that educational practice has a demerit for short time and unreasonable arrangment, lack of preparation before professional educational practice, practice base construction is lagging behind, the practice of education management organizations and institutions are not sound enough, organization and management, education evaluation of the practice of emptiness, Education Practice lack of ability to guide teachers, educational practice is not appropriate to set targets, and promote the growth of normal students do not fully use all kinds of resources, practical education funding shortfalls and other issues constraining China's pre-professional development of teachers in the realization of the end, the study has been abandoned on the basis of relevance to the improvement of China's practice of teacher education measures and proposals, including increasing educational practice time, do a good job of the professional educational practice before preparations for the establishment of cooperation between schools and improve education in the organization and management training institutions and organizations management, and increase the intensity of educational practice assessment, educational theories and properly handle the relationship between education training, the establishment of "education internship trio", to identify appropriate targets the educational practice, and make full use of various resources, and promote professional intern growth, strict teacher qualification system access, and increasing educational practice expenses.
