Teacher Qualifications To Enhance The Way

The basic component of the teacher development lies in improving the educational background of primary and secondary school teachers. From a long-term perspective improving the teacher's educational background is a strategic decision-making. So the research of the way of improving their educational background is of great importance. The purpose of this paper is to study teachers'recognition of different improving access .teachers'contact and their inner demands on educational back ground so as to make the work of enhancing teachers'academic level more efficient and promote the professional development of teachers. On the basis of the review of the relative research, the author introduces the life-long education theory and the concept of mixed methods, which provides solid theoretical foundations for future research of teachers'academic level.In this paper, questionnaire and interview are mainly used to collect all the information of improving primary and secondary school teachers'academic level. By using the methods of qualitative research and quantitative research, the author analyzes the collected information and makes a summary.Basis to the theory of "life-long education" and "career development", this thesis analyzes the questionnaire and interviews result. Finding that linking the teacher career cycle with the educational background promotion of teachers suitably may enhance the teachers'study effect. Only when teachers'self-consciousness is enhanced, can they realize the professional development of their own career cycle planning and transform passive acceptance into positive requirement can we realize teachers'professional development. Only when teacher realizes the importance of educational background promotion can they realize the improvement of their academic level for their professional development, can they enhance their educational quality, and deal with the international competition.
