The integration of information technology and subject curriculum can be seen as an essential element in the system of subject teaching, which aims at implying information technology to achieve the established subject teaching objective better, whose essence is a theory and practice about subject teaching based on information technology. The trend of development of the integration of information technology and subject teaching is to break through the ambit of information technology and chemical curriculum, then carry out information-based subject teaching.The paper is totally divided into five parts: In the first part, the author made a definition to the related conceptions about the integration of information technology, and chemical curriculum in high school and bring forward the researching meaning. In the second part, explain the present developmental condition and research trends. In the third part, overviewed the theory foundation and integrating principles about the integration of information technology and subject curriculum, and gave some instruction to the integration combined with the beliefs of curriculum reformation and the contents of chemistry curriculum in the high school. In the forth part, the author firstly investigated the applying present condition of information technology of students who took chemistry as an elective in Grade Two of Jiangsu Yixing high school, then designed the integration of information technology and chemical class teaching (which took Benzene, Aromatic Hydrocarbons and the Smelting of Metals for example) and the feedback investigation of the teaching and at the same time the author designed the integration of information and chemical learning after class based on the theory of project study (which took Chemical Power Supply for example). In the fifth part, the author made some reflection and discussion according to the practice research, and tried to put forward three specific models about the integration of information technology and high school chemical curriculum based on practice.In this research, the author designed the teaching of the integration of information technology and chemical curriculum in the classroom based on the investigation of the applying present condition of information technology of students who took chemistry as an elective in Grade Two of Jiangsu Yixing high school. Besides, the author explored information of the integration of information technology and students' learning after class under the instruction of the theory of project study. On this foundation, the author attempted to provide three models of the integration of information technology and chemical curriculum.
