In the context of deepening social transformation and economic transition,the society has an urgent demand for high-quality applied talents,which makes the number of professional degree graduatesgrow rapidly,followed by the quality of professional degree graduates(hereinafter referred to as Professional Masters).As the first person in charge of postgraduate training,double tutorial system,as a new type of education and teaching system,adapts to the development of professional master ’ s practical ability and provides a stronger guarantee for the growth of professional master.Therefore,the study of professional master ’ s dual-tutor system management has important practical significance to promote the development of higher education and improve the quality of postgraduate training.In this study,H University professional master,tutors as the research object,using the questionnaire method,interview method,from the satisfaction of the double tutorial system,the participation of the double tutorial system,the management of the double tutorial system three dimensions.The survey found that H University has achieved certain results in the training of professional masters,giving full play to the advantages of the double tutorial system;a new practice base combining agriculture,science and education is constructed;the implementation of the tutor moral,ability,diligence,performance assessment content;the establishment of specialized management institutions for graduate students;the collaborative education mechanism of ’ characteristic discipline construction + practice base management ’,’ school tutor + off-campus tutor’ and ’double tutor + social resources ’ is realized.However,there are still some problems,such as the flattening of communication,the formalization of collaborative education,the formatting of management system and the differentiation of funds.The main reasons are the inaccurate positioning of students themselves,the lack of tutor identity,the lack of standardization of cooperation mechanism,and the misunderstanding of training concept.In order to further improve the quality of professional master ’s dual-tutor system training,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward: First,in terms of professional master training,we should widely absorb high-quality students,increase practical teaching links and strengthen the quality of graduate process;second,the management of tutors inside and outside the school,pay attention to teachers ’ educational ability,meet the real needs of teachers,establish a scientific and reasonable assessment mechanism,build a people-oriented incentive mechanism;third,the construction of double tutor team,the formation of tutor project team,optimize the operation mechanism,break the limitations of resources,and thus ensure the effective implementation of the double tutor system,to ensure that the overall quality of professional master and teaching quality is improved.
