With industrialization and urbanization process in evolution, since the 1980s, China experienced a large-scale mainly young adults population movement , that is, "young people are away from home, leaving 369." Meanwhile constrained by "the urban center principle system" and so on factor fetters, the massive peasant laborer's children have already not been able to follow their parents to enter city to realize the urban matriculation dream; Also have not been able to accept the solid effective education in the hometown, therefore, these "parents pair in" orphans - the left-behind children , their education issues highlight gradually. The existed attention and research of the left-behind children's educational issues are staying on the surface, much are "just scratch the surface", fresh from the system for in-depth study. The author believes that large-scale population movements in the world modernization process are the total, but the left-behind children are staying with Chinese characteristics, and it reflects from one aspect of Chinese traditional institutional arrangements - "City Centre" inherent defects, so I tried to start my work on the education issues of the left-behind children in rural areas from "City Center" aspect.I have not only increased emotional understanding of the present survival of left-behind children in rural areas, but further promote my rational thinking about generate reason of their educational problems and strategies through the survey follow my instructor in Jiangsu Shuyang, Funing in January 2007 and in the town of Suqian, Siyang, Xinyuan, in May 2007.This paper attempts to use questionnaire survey, thorough interview, case analysis and so on research techniques to describe the left-behind children's life, security, study, psychological and moral development and tries to dive the hidden deep level contradictory behind the question - the barrier of "urban center principle" , and obeys this research mentality, proposed the countermeasures.
