Linxiang City,Hunan Province,is located in the north of Hunan Province,with less arable land.In order to improve the living standard and increase income,the rural villagers choose to develop to big cities,which leads to more and more left behind children in rural areas.The incomplete family living environment leads to the poor academic performance of the left behind children,the relatively lonely character,and even some of them are on the road of crime.Therefore,it is very important to deal with the educational development of left behind children in rural areas.Through the research on the education of left behind children in rural areas of Linxiang City,using three methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview,this paper makes an all-round investigation on the current situation of left behind children in rural areas of Linxiang City,including their parents’ going out,their ability to monitor human beings,school education and social education.We found many problems in the education of left behind children in rural areas of Linxiang City,such as the lack of support for family education in rural areas of Linxiang City,the lack of school education capacity,the relatively backward school equipment,and the lack of social education guidance.It is found that the main reasons for the problems of left behind children in Linxiang are the lack of parents’ role,the limited ability of guardians,the lack of school resources,the insufficient communication between schools and families,the insufficient support from the government and the unbalanced development of the region.Therefore,it is imperative to solve the education problem of left behind children in Linxiang.It mainly tries to take "family,school,society and government" as the theme of responsibility,puts forward the importance of family education,improves the ability of guardians,changes the concept of family education,no vacancy,improves the educational ability of schools,improves the educational facilities of schools,improves the cooperation between colleges and universities,systematizes family communication,plans the compensation way of family counseling education,and gives full play to social help To help,we need to create a good community cultural environment,vigorously develop the local economy,improve the rural education environment,and solve the education problems of left behind children in Linxiang city through cooperation and coordination among the government,society,schools and families.
