Microteaching, as a modern method to train teachers, has been formed to be a certain teaching model with the long-term teaching practice and research. However, during the actual microteaching practice, we found that the present microteaching needed a lot of teaching time, or it couldn't be put into the practice.To change the status, based on the former research achievement, we firstly tried to apply the monitorial system to the microteaching, and on which we designed the microteaching model. Furthermore, we combined the special microteaching environment to study the efficiency and maneuverability of the model. It indicated that the microteaching based on monitorial system can release teaching stress and increase the efficiency of microteaching. At the same time, the applying model could guarantee the original microteaching's quality and efficiency. In addition, the research indicated that the integrant qualification can be realized easily with a proper application.
