Teachers are the key factor in carrying out quality education,and also play a key role in the basic educational curricula innovations which sets high goals for the geography teachers,requiring that their concept of education and education methods and so on should be carried out corresponding changes.Raising geography teachers'question consciousness conforms to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,in the process of the teaching,finding problems and raising questions can help to understand knowledges and reveal contradictions and improve their own quality.In this paper,applying the literature research,the questionnaire survey and analysis,etc.The author discusses the training strategies of the geography teacher's issue consciousness on the basis of the teachers awareness of the problem at home and abroad.The author wants to promote geography curriculem reform and improve the quality of teaching geography and boost the development of the students.Investigation and analysis of the geography teachers'question consciousness is the focus of this study,which maily aims at carrying on the questionnaire survey and analyzing influencing factors to some geography teachers of southweast areas of Shandong Province;Carrying on the investigation and comparative analysis from the geographical position in the middle school,geography teachers'queried awareness,question consciousness of the daily exchange,change tendency of the geography teachers'problem consciousness,inflence of the environment,gender and teaching age,etc.Through analyzing we have understand that geography has not received proper attention it deserves in the middle school;partial teachers'question consciousness is not strong,even some teachers are lack of questioning habit;a few teachers are not good at communicating with other teachers and students;different region is also important factor,urban teachers'consciousness is usually strong than villages and towns,they are more good at discovering and solving the problems;male and female teachers have focused the problems respectively;with teaching age increasing,teachers have become more conscious of the problem,the senior teachers can find the problem from the multiple perspectives and manage teaching materials skillfully compared to the new teachers. Influencing factors include two aspects:external factors and internal factors;from the school norms,the standardization of knowledge,geographical environment three aspects analyze the influence of external factors;internal factors include four aspects:geography teacher' interest,the amount of information,will quality,set thinking.Through investigation and analysis provides first—hand materials for the training of the geography teachers'question consciousness. This paper includes five components.The background,the status quo at home and abroad,the concept of awareness of the problem have been discussed in the introductory part.The second part maily introduces theoretical foundations: psychology bases,humanistic theories,theories of constructivism,metacognitive theories and elaborates the significance of the study.The third part is about of the investigation and alalysis. The fourth part is the main body of this paper ,it discusses the training tactics of geography teachers' question consciousness in detail which focuses on the following seven parts: create a relaxed and harmonious teaching environment;fully utilize rich geographical learning resources;value the training of thinking ability;annlyze teaching matierial,learn to question;reinforce the reflections on geography teaching;strengthen the interaction between the different people;realize the direction of duty and so on.conclusions are proposed in the last part.
