The real life is a couse which is full of the contradiction, the choice and the value difference. The achievement of moral education raises person's discipline, how to enable it to have the effective instruction function regarding "the human" in the real life? This paper believes that KohlBergh's moral and dilemma story method are the topic which are worth of studying. It has both the theoretical and practical functions on the reform of the moral education in our country.This paper deal with KohlBergh's moral cognition development theory, KohlBergh's moral dilemma theory and hoped to get the enlightenment on the reform of moral education in China.The paper were divided 6 parts which are the introduction, four chapters and the conclusion. Introduction part stated one real delimma event in life and explained that the lives were filled with delimma events.Dilemma situations in the real life are everywhere pictures. The human had to learn to face these questions in life, but how to learn to face the dilemma events which consist the moral delimma events in life is the duty which the moral education should undertake. The first chapter told us that the present investigation of Middle school moral education which has promulgated is the present The question of moral education in Middle school in our country is the effectiveness in real life. The second chapter mainly dealt with KohlBergh moral cognition development theory has concluded the contribution and the limitation of the theory. The third chapter mainly studied the most main part of the moral cognitiondevelopment theory——the moral dilemma method and research the enlightenmenton our moral education. According to the front analysis, the fourth rules proposed how to utilize the delimma story method in the practice of our Middle school moral education.The paper concluded that: delimma story method can take moral education to a new teaching process, its significance lies in presenting real life for the middle-school student. This helps the student to know the real life world, this is a good way to help them to prepare for march society. The moral education should undertake the responsibility that promulgated the real life for the middle-school student but should not only let the students live in ideal society which is showed in the textbook.But it is worthy to state that——delimma story method is a conformity processand the synthesis method, it cannot distinguish right from wrong separates according to the different moral education curriculum content. Life itself is comprehensive. Therefore, the goal of dilemma story method is lying in training the student to judge, the choice and life ability, but is not to enhance the moral education the score.
