Kohlberg's moral and dilemma story method is based on the thought of Piaget. The theory's significance results from experimental results. He divides moral judgment of children into three levels and six stages, which have valuable use to our ideological and political work. In a pluralistic society of values, school moral education is facing many challenges. Therefore we must find a new educational model. By Kohlberg's method, students have the chance to face practical problem, join in the teaching process and gain unbalanced cognition, so that they can improve their moral standards. However, due to the complexity and the fault of the theory, there remain many requests for the teachers. In order to create the new model of moral education, we must combine Chinese traditional moral education with the theory.
