With the development of science and technology,our society has stepped into an information age,in which information technology services as an influential factor in the development of society.At present,the course of information technology,a significant component in information technology education,is confronted unprecedentedly with both chances and challenges.The new curriculum reform brings about changes in teaching philosophy. "People-orientation","Teacher-Student Interaction",as well as the adoption of new teaching method has gained popularity.With this background,teachers should take an active part in this revolution,and take an instant retrospect on the teaching philosophy and process so as to seek a proper way for teaching.Concept Map,as an effective tool of teaching and learning,can be applied into the teaching activities,and promote both teaching and learning.This essay,based on the teaching function of the Concept Map,constructs the task-driving teaching mode and illustrates the mode from three aspect,construction,application and evaluation.The essay first analyzes the related knowledge of the Concept Map and the theory of task-driving teaching mode.It is believed that teaching mode can not only help students with the meaning study but also can promote the cooperation and communication between teachers and students,but also invoke retrospection of teachers and students.The application of the Concept Map in course teaching can help encourage students to exert their subjectivity and enthusiasm and develop their cognitive ability and information quality.Therefore,the application of the Concept Map in teaching has certain teaching significance.The essay,then,from the perspective of constructing the teaching mode,build the task-driving-based teaching mode,and explain it further from the characteristics of information technology,the construction of the mode and so on.Among them,the essay mainly focuses on the analysis of the teaching process.Furthermore,the essay gives examples of the application of the mode in high school technology classes,and offers a preliminary analysis of the teaching effect.Finally,the essay summarize the result and drawbacks of the research based on the analysis of the application of the task-driving teaching mode,and points out the direction for further study.
