This essay carry out the research on the construction strategy of characteristics ofmoral education in secondary schools, regard the situation of moral substantial results ofsecondary school is low and the teenagers’ morality-unconstraint is grim In the period ofsocial transformation of our country as the background; the national requirement to foundcharacteristics of primary and secondary school as the policy guidance; the connotation andessence, essential properties and feature, and the laws of formation of the characteristics ofmoral education as the theoretical foundation. According to the characteristic theory ofmoral education, the essay analyzes the internal and external conditions, create principlethat the foundation process of characteristics of moral education needed, and then throughthe questionnaire and interview to investigate the situation and questions of moraleducation in secondary schools. Again with the construction of moral educationcharacteristic of Long Chuan experimental middle school in He Yuan city for a case, andsummarize some basic strategy in each stage:1. The strategy of characteristic excavating and confirming stage.1st, diagnosis ofadvantage, explore the characteristic resources of school moral education;2nd, to havereasonable target orientation and extract the characteristic topic of moral education.2. The strategy of organizing and carrying out stage.1st, to plan as a whole and drawup a holistic plan;2nd, to build a monolithic environment of moral education which full ofcharacteristic;3rd, to carry out the characteristic training that face to the teachers of moraleducation;4th, to carry out the characteristic teaching activities of moral education;5th, tomake a series of characteristic activities and projects of moral education;3. The strategy of consolidating and improving stage.1st, to carry out theschool-based characteristic scientific research and promote the grade of features;2nd, todevelop the school-based curriculum of moral education characteristics;3rd, to implementthe school-based management of moral education characteristics and improve theconstruction of characteristic system;4th, to increase the special fund which invest in themoral education characteristic construction;5th, to build a characteristic school cultureactively etc. 4. The stage of evaluation, promotion and innovation of moral educationcharacteristics. The main strategy:1st, building a characteristics evaluation standard,enhancing the evaluation of characteristics;2nd, to permeate in an all-round way, promotethe development of students all-round and students’ individual growth;3rd, to carry out thepropaganda and extending of moral education characteristic actively;4th, to updateeducation concepts and promote the moral education characteristics development as aninnovational way etc.In a word, the characteristics development of moral education is the general trend ofmiddle schools’ moral education in the future. It’s the practical wisdom of moral educationmanagement, it could improve the pragmatism of moral education, and it’s the actionstrategy and effective way that promote school development as high quality. The purpose ofthis study is also to provide relevant reference of theory and practice, through with theresearch to construction strategy of moral education characteristics, try hard to help middleschools walk out the moral dilemma and realize high quality development.
