Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cultural Construction Of Primary And Secondary Schools

The school campus culture plays a basic and strategic role in promoting social culture It influence student's thought, quality, character and behave by the ways including regulation, suggestion, edification and management. So it has momentous consequences in whole basic education. Today cultural construction is held in high regard with new challenge in primary and secondary schools. This is the irresistible trend not personal issue.Campus culture has played an irreplaceable role in enhancing student's all-round development. The school wants to turn out first-rate students rest with the quality of cultural construction. According to the fact, this thesis analyzed the existing problems and causes of the cultural construction work in primary and secondary school, put forwarded some constructive and strategies and suggestions, in order to hope that the educational issue of cultural construction can be further solved. And this thesis includes three sections:First part: It studied the theory of Cultural Construction in primary and secondary schools. It clarifies that Cultural Construction is the need for enhance student all-round development, improve the quality of education and build a unique feature of school as well as the need to help school get out of dilemma.Second part: It analyzed the problem and forming reason of the cultural construction in basic education and the challenges need to face. The thesis believes that, focus on hardware instead of management, focus on active form instead of content and process, focus on overall feature instead of unique feature, focus on student's attitude instead of teacher's mental state is the major reasons of cultural construction in Chinese basic education.Third part: It gave the strategies about Cultural Construction in primary and secondary school. This part is the key part in the research as well as the aim of the study. It believes, firstly, change the old idea of education and keep to the cultural construction of humanistic spirit. Secondly, need to update the ideal of education and know the way of the cultural construction. But base on Chinese basic national conditions. Thirdly, it should deal with the relationship between carry forward the tradition and keeping pace with the times, and build the campus culture system base on the times demand. Fourthly, building the new management system and implementing it with the humanistic spirit.
