The article recorded a detailed flow-chart of a project in "10th Five-Year Plan" , mainly on the files, observations, investigations and communications of a certain primary school in city. And, based on the practice and analysis, we proposed a strategy for the consolidate Education Research of primary school.At present, Education Research is really far away from teachers, instead of very hot under the eyes of principals and works of teachers as it looks like, though it should be more close to the "closest zone of proceeding" of teachers. Primary School L (named in this article) is one of the first research centers in the programs of " 10th Five-Year Plan" for its advanced position on Education Research, compared with around schools in city. However, as an official member and a team leader of the program in Primary School L, I can feel that Education Research of primary school is a difficulty and dummy job with much awkward and helpless. It is really necessary to make research for teachers who are teaching now; and, it is equivalently a big problem for how to do it and how to extend it. Without the guidance of effective theory, teachers are kept out of the research, as evidence is that teachers are entangled in some phenomena instead of their essences in some cases of educational practice.The article described the whole process of one project of "10th Five-Year Plan" , carried out in primary school L, from three aspects: programs vs. research, research vs. teachers and research vs. managements. Based on those facts, we clear-cutly figured out the problems in Education Research. Moreover, we proposed some solving methods and correct strategies. For example, selected projects should be close to the "closest zone of proceeding" of teachers, research training of teachers need co-works of inner and outer facts, and edge-cutting theory and practical methods are necessary for the management of Education Research. We hope our work be useful to readers.
