According to my own several-year-experience of the management of adult higher education curriculum, basing on my comprehending of the curriculum development of adult higher education training, through participating in the curriculum development of adult higher education training, I do the research in the purpose of discussing the specificities of the curriculum development of adult higher education training which include the basic point, the principal part, the model and the structure and so on. The research can make the curriculum development of adult higher education training pay real attention to the need of adult vocation, and set up the sense of servicing the development of adult vocation and service the practice of adult higher education training effectively.The whole thesis is totally divided into four parts.Part One: Introduction. Mainly put forward the study meaning, the statements and comments of present study condition, and thoughts and methods of curriculum development of adult higher education training.Part Two: The theory study of curriculum development of adult higher education training. Put forward that the curriculum development of adult higher education training is a process of servicing adult learner and contenting the development of adult vocation. The training teachers and adult learners are the principal parts of the curriculum development of adult higher education training. And the curriculum development of adult higher education training is a feedback controlled,closed and circulated system.Part Three: The structure study of curriculum development of adult higher education training.
