With the development of the times and social progress, the phenomenon that corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguise with obvious external physical violence implemented from teachers to students becomes less increasingly. But another form of violence which called education cold violence appears in our vision. Education cold violence is not through beatings and other acts of violence to resolve problems,but for poor performance, neglect, laissez-faire, alienation and indifference, which makes students violated and injured spiritually and psychologically. The circs can be seen everywhere that sarcasm, irony, severe criticism, the indifference to the poor performance of students, lack of respect for the privacy of students. In fact, this situation which teachers have accustomed also makes great hurt to physical and mental development of students, which just as much as corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguise.Because of the features that mobility and concealment, it induce difficulties to investigate and collect evidence when education cold violence makes harm to students. So this issue is lack of systematic and comprehensive research, and the degree of social concern is also relatively low, in addition, the education itself also has many problems. These reasons lead the education cold violence is far from sufficient attention. This study based on the current background of establishes harmonious school thinking of the current situation and countermeasures of education cold violence in secondary vocational schools. The main tasks of this study are thinking of the harms of education cold violence, anglicizing of the rootstocks, and proposing targeted measures to solve problems. In this paper, according to logic of the development process of the issues, the structure is divided into five parts:The first section is the introduction, of which the main purpose is to raise questions and ideas specified analysis. By combing the relevant documentation, we found that the related current research is lack of systematic and comprehensive and limited to superficial exposition, beside this, the deep-seated reasons and effective strategies also absence of study. This paper intends to make some efforts in these areas, formats a more comprehensive theory system about education cold violence, in order to cause widespread concern in the community, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of secondary vocational school students.The second section describes the status quo and endanger of education cold violence in secondary vocational schools. Through manners of surveys and interviews, we find out the status quo and analyses the harms, to the effect that provide a reliable basis for causation analysis and strategy formation of education cold violence in the next. The third section concentrates on the causes of education cold violence in secondary vocational schools. There are many aspects such as education administrative departments as well as school management system; teachers as well as students themselves; parents as well as social. No other than we have a clear analysis of these reasons, we can put forward effective measures to rectify it, and reduce then eliminate the education cold violence.The fourth section discusses countermeasures to reduce education cold violence in secondary vocational schools. Through the analysis in the third section, this paper expounds the targeted measures of reduction from the aspects such as education administration departments, teachers, students, parents and society. These measures can resolve many problems caused education cold violence existing in the current education.The fifth section expounds on the main contents of this paper again, sums up the status quo, harms, causes and solving strategies of education cold violence, and compares systematic conclusions finally.In conclusion, this paper analyses the education cold violence in secondary vocational schools roundly. According to the request of developing secondary vocational school and the spirit of creating harmonious school, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures. These measures have a highly pertinences and feasibility to the solution of education cold violence to which the secondary vocational school faces.
