| Since the reform and opening up,the state has given strong support to vocational education.Secondary vocational school education has become the school choice for more and more junior middle school graduates.But as enrollment increases,violence is on the rise in secondary vocational schools.For a long time,although China’s ministry of education and other relevant departments are very concerned about school violence incidents in primary and secondary schools,and some scholars have conducted studies on school violence,there are few studies on violence in secondary vocational schools.However,as students in secondary vocational schools are at an age of physical and mental changes and weak self-control,most students have weak legal concepts,vague understanding of the harm of campus violence and relatively negative attitude,leading to frequent incidents of campus violence in secondary vocational schools,and related incidents are frequently reported.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to strengthen the investigation and study of campus violence in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,the author of the work unit to Jinzhou city,Health school as a case,to study and case analysis and other research methods,the students of school violence is a detailed investigation and analysis,found that the secondary vocational school campus violence there are self abuse,violence,violence between teachers and students,between students off campus violence type,such as its harm to students’ physical and mental health,harmonious campus order,the hazards of family happiness.This paper further analyzes the main reasons for the frequent occurrence of violence in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: students’ lack of quality,the bias of family education,the insufficiency of school education and the influence of social environment.Finally,the author combined with the actual situation of secondary vocational schools to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to solve campus violence,including(1)individual aspects of students: 1.2.Learn self-adjustment and improve behavior self-control.3.Enhance the awareness of abiding by discipline and law,and improve the ability of self-prevention.(ii)students’ family: 1.Pay attention to children’s moral education and guidance.2.Change the way parents discipline their children.3.Create a harmonious family atmosphere.(3)school: 1.Improve moral education in campus,strengthen legal system and mental health education.2.Strengthen the construction of campus culture and build a harmonious campus environment.3.Strengthen class management and innovate student management mode.4.Establish a mechanism for violence prevention and emergency response.(iv)social aspects: 1.Improve the construction of relevant laws and regulations to provide legal protection against campus violence.2.Stop the spread of violence culture and actively promote positive energy in the whole society.3.Manage the surrounding environment of the campus to create a harmonious and peaceful environment for students to grow up,hoping to provide reference for preventing and managing campus violence in secondary vocational schools. |
