With the development of school education reform,the relationship between school and society has become increasingly complex,and malignant and mass incidents in schools are spreading.Among them,school violence,teacher's cold violence and other issues are relatively concentrated.Previous studies have conducted in-depth discussions on explicit violence of teachers,but insufficient attention has been paid to the problem of teacher's cold violence.Therefore,this paper takes this issue as the core for analysis and research.This study selected a famous school in Shenyang as the research object,adopted the research idea of "raising problems--analyzing problems--solving problems",and applied literature research method,participatory observation method and in-depth interview method to study the cold violence problem of primary school teachers.First of all,this paper makes a brief introduction to the school,clarifies the purpose of the survey,selects students and teachers as the objects of observation,and determines the main content of the interview outline from multiple perspectives.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of primary school teachers' cold violence from three dimensions: the incidence rate,vulnerable objects and harm.Secondly,this study analyzes the problems of teachers' cold violence in primary school,including language cold violence,attitude cold violence,behavior cold violence and casual cold violence.In addition,the analysis of the four problems shows that there are many reasons leading to teacher's cold violence.The main reasons include students' problem behaviors,teachers' excessive workplace pressure,teachers' mental health problems and other factors.The best guarantee to eliminate teacher's cold violence is to control the causes of teacher's cold violence.Finally,in view of the problems and the cause of the primary school teachers cold violence,put forward to resolve the present situation of primary school education cold violence strategies: teachers in the teaching process to advocate the educational concept of "love education",equal treatment to each student,set up the new view of teachers and students to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the premise of education smoothly,only teachers properly use education discipline,education can go on;Schools should strengthen the standardizedmanagement of teachers and the construction of teacher ethics,improve the teacher evaluation system.Only the parents and the school positively communicate,the education unifies,can create a healthy,harmonious,happy campus life for the children.Through the research on the cold violence of primary school teachers,this paper tries to put forward the cold violence of primary school teachers in the current education problems and solutions,to provide reference for the education department,relevant leaders,to put forward some education warning role for primary school teachers.
